1. Fresh Meat & Perishable Nature

All meat products offered by Everfresh—including goat mutton, poultry, boneless cuts, and minced keema—are freshly cut and highly perishable. We maintain a strict temperature-safe fresh supply chain without freezing or chemical preservatives. Because our meat is freshly butchered to order, slight natural variations in cut size or bone weight may occur.

2. Pricing & Minimum Order Thresholds

• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Free Delivery Condition: Orders of ₹300 or above automatically qualify for 100% FREE Express Delivery across designated Central & Greater Indore service areas.
• Orders below ₹300 are subject to a nominal express delivery charge (₹49 for Central Indore, ₹79 for Greater Indore) to offset insulated ice-pack packaging and dispatch costs.
• Everfresh reserves the right to revise product pricing based on prevailing market livestock rates.

3. Order Confirmation & Delivery Slots

• Orders are confirmed once placed through our online checkout or authorized customer care desk.
• Customers may select preferred scheduled delivery slots: Morning (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM), Afternoon (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM), or Evening (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM), or choose 45-Minute Express Delivery where available.
• Customers must ensure an authorized recipient is available at the provided address during the delivery window to receive the fresh package.

4. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Pay on Delivery via UPI. Full payment must be tendered upon handover of the fresh meat package. In cases of failed delivery due to incorrect contact details or refusal to accept without valid cause, subsequent orders may require pre-authorization.

5. Halal Certification & Quality Standard

Everfresh guarantees 100% Halal-certified slaughter adhering to strict Islamic Zabiha guidelines. Our processing facility adheres to strict food safety protocols, sanitized stainless steel preparation surfaces, and insulated temperature-controlled handling.

6. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
